[sdiy] MIDI Controller software for Mac OSX

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any simple, easy-to-use, and preferably free,  
MIDI controller software for Mac OSX. I'm still on 10.4.11PPC - no  
intel mac for me yet.

What I need is something that mimics a big MIDI knob box in software.  
I'm going to use this for controlling my synth whilst I do the  
development, or at least until I build an actual interface for it.  
Having a screenful of knobs to tweak would be a big step forward.
