I think you need to calculate that again... for a fullscale signal of
+-14V the DAC in question has a resolution of better than 28µV and if
you use it at +-5V fullscale you're down to ten microvolt (by
definition of "ppm").
For one cent resolution at 1V/octave you'd only really need a
resolution of 0.8mV, so for 10V fullscale a 14bit DAC is good enough,
plus they are quite a bit cheaper per channel.

If you want resolution but not precision - go delta-sigma. This DAC
is for DC accuracy and yes, it will be hard to keep that precision
throughout the complete signal chain.
