JDR Microdevices has'em for $3.00 www.jdr.com
Jameco has'em for $3.95 www.jameco.com

Both are good suppliers.  Of course the asian ebay suppliers are cheaper...
HongKongSUperSeller has a spotty reputation.  I've gotten good stuff from
them, but others have gotten counterfeit chips so its definitely YMMV.
