I'll see if I can find the information. It was a long time ago when I 
last did this and the data may be buried deep. Since 2003 we've had our 
own PSU so I haven't needed to mod any such power supplies. Indeed the 
latching up problem was the reason why I developed the LNP for the 
Oakley Modular.

I used the HB power supplies before that - they were single 1.5A 15V 
supplies, but the procedure should work on the HAA and HBB ones too.

It's straightforward enough though. The Power Ones use classic foldback 
limiting. All you need to do is remove it and replace with the 
traditional current limiting method.
