If you don't mind changing the layouts a bit, you could just use (the much
easier to find) LM13700 instead.  It's a superior OTA, it's cheap, and,
conveniently, it comes in pairs.  I've built the Thomas Henry VCO-1 with it,
and it works perfectly.  I used the extra OTA for a sine shaper.
