Hey Grant,

you can get a really simple kit through uCApps.de The SammichSID is just a kinda fancy version of the MIDIbox SID. Somewhere on the actual MIDIbox SID page is a link to a store where you can purchase a barebones kit. Ah, here we go... http://www.avishowtech.com/mbhp/buy.html
