Unlikely. The interpolation requires either DSP or dedicated ASIC 
circuitry. The only interpolating DACs I know of are all >= 14 bits, and 
the 14 bit ones were mostly used with early CD players.

Ps. Sigma-delta no longer implies single bit DAC. Most sigma-delta audio 
DACs use a multibit converter as part of the loop to get better SNR.
