[sdiy] MTA 156 connector crimp pins

I use the standard Tyco header, Mouser 571-3-640426-4, and solder the 
wires in.  I prefer those over the individual pins and housing.  I 
also solder the 0.100 connectors.  It's pretty easy and you have a 
really good cable assembly.
