[sdiy] J201 replacement in Serge VCF?

Very quick question: I don't have any J201 J-FETs on hand at the moment 
to build the Serge VCF board from CGS, but I do have *just enough* BF 
245B J-FETs, as well as plenty of 2N5457 J-FETS. I've read that either 
can be a suitable replacement for the J201 in distortion pedals. Can 
anyone recommend for or against in this circuit?
