[sdiy] roland tr606 clock issues

I'm sure someone had a similar problem a while back. As many of the  
switches
are multi-function depending on if you are pattern writing etc they  
are probably
encoded in some way, the LED will show the status depending on mode.  
Could
be a logic fault. Need to see the circuit.
