Ciss and Coss are not the same as Cgs and Cgd. The latter two are
internal device parameters that refer to parasitic capacitances, the
former two are effective capacitances for a specific circuit
configuration and bias point (Ciss - input capacitance in open source
configuration, Coss - output capacitance in same circuit).
AN211A gives more details on this.
