Tony,

If you're really ambitious, I suspect this diy direct-to-garment printer 
would do the trick. You might not even have to switch out inks, just use 
regular inks. My guess is you'll need to prep the aluminum surface to 
help with absorbency... perhaps spray on some matte finish (available at 
most art stores).
