Of course, it's all about marketing. Now that tuning instability is a desired trait, deliberate poor design is the next big thing. So expect a whole line of spin-offs. Coming soon:
*living power supplies (the warmest ripple you've ever heard!)
*living silkscreened panels (misprinted text and bubbled paint for maximum character, no two are the same!)
*living kits (missing resistors? is this even the right schematic? countless hours of troubleshooting fun!)
*living racks (it sways, wobbles, maybe even collapses -- how exciting! May not fit all modules.)
*living cables with special living solder joints (they only connect when wiggled just so, adding an exciting and highly interactive performance element to ordinary synth patching!)
*and more!
