[sdiy] pnp pair available?

Thanks for all the replies - I think I have what I need.
I'll use the SSM2220 footprint, with the 2SA1249 footprint interleaved, and the LS358 will serve as a second source for the ssm.
Even separate dies would work here, if the two transitors are fairly matched.
(The EMS 5000 Vocoder used hand-matched single pnps.)

Watch out that pairs are monolithic and not just sharing the same die  
frame.

There are some multiples out there where random dies are mounted to a  
4 die frame.

What you want is something monolithic, that is two dies on the same  
substrate, then mounted to the die frame.
