[sdiy] pnp pair available?

some of the matched pairs are advertised as being assembled from
dice from adjacent locations on the same wafer... not perfect but a lot better
than random devices. Matching looks like about 2%, not as good as monolythic for sure...

Watch out that pairs are monolithic and not just sharing the same die  
frame.

There are some multiples out there where random dies are mounted to a  
4 die frame.

What you want is something monolithic, that is two dies on the same  
substrate, then mounted to the die frame.
