But stupid me, I just saw the SSM2220 *is* still available from AD.
So I'll provide a footprint for this, and a footprint for the 2SA1349 - they fit nicely into the same area.

How about the DMMT3906 from Diodes inc.? I have not tried them personally
but perhaps they could meet your requirements?
