[sdiy] Anybody Know of FREE Frequency Plotting Software?

Years ago I downloaded a free app to sweep a sinewave through a piece
of gear and then plot the results, like on JH's page here:

Do to problems with my SoundBlaster Card I couldn't use it and deleted
it. Now I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. There's tons of
free stuff on the net, but do to lack of screen shots or descriptions,
I can't seem to find another. I'm getting tired of doing things in
multiple steps and just want a single app to send out the sound,
record and plot the result. Anybody know of a good freeware app to do
that?
