The unreasonable protocol of forcing me to charge the customer 20 
dollars more to ship 60 bucks of parts etc. because they will not accept 
a customs number as proof of shipment.... is going to earn these clowns 
lost revenues.  Has anyone tried google checkout? SOunds like they are 
better about resolving disputes etc.

Again avoid Mr. Boz whatever his name is.  Someone wrote saying I'm not 
the first one he's done this to.  If I ever go to England I'll have to 
pay a visit.  I think there might be an MS20 that needs some final 
adjustments. lol
