Thanks to all who commented. I got it figured out.
For those who looked at the schematic, I simply changed R56, a 47k to -10
volts, to a trimmer. This can then adjust the effective range of the
oscillator for any given CV input. I can get a useable range from sub-sonic
to above my hearing by adjusting this trimmer.
I'll leave the schematics up for a bit for anyone who is curious to take a
look.
