[sdiy] The Steiner VCO Lives!

I am way excited! I got my second prototype PCB in and finally got time to
stuff it. It works! A brand new Steiner VCO, the first in probably 30 years.
It's a major hurdle for me and I'm as pleased as I can be. I've got photos
of the PCB and some crappy cell phone photos of the 4 waveforms. I loaned my
bench scope to Nyle so I used a DSO Nano Scope. The photos don't do the
display justice.

I only had one component value error which was giving me fits as it was
preventing the Triangle output buffer opamp from working. I got it found and
fixed.

One step closer to releasing the schematics and PCBs!
