[sdiy] Anything worth salvaging from old ATARI STs?

The WD1772-02 floppy disc controller in one of the old Atari's is the 
same as used in the Ensoniq Mirage.  It took me a while to find a 
replacement for my Mirage.  That would also make me wonder about 
whether the floppy drive is a dual sided dual density 720K that the 
older Ensoniq's used as well.  Sorry, I'm not more familiar with the 
internals of the Atari ST.
