Hi Barry and All,

While on the subject of LCR test gear, here's an interesting little toy 
I was looking at a few weeks ago:

One of the interesting features is AC resistance measurement at 100Hz, 
1kHz and 10kHz.
That could have some use in ferreting out bad or failing caps.
