Here's another old chestnut:
What's so special about those 30k resistors? They're certainly not the most
common item in the drawer. For that matter, neither are 500R resistors. I
typically use 510R and 33k in my 2164 circuits (I've always had a problem
with authority), but I'm curious as to whether there is some arcane
significance to that 30k value. Gurus?
