Once the proper voltage is figured out,  it's easy enough to "make" a battery by stacking up a few smaller ones in some heatshrink.  I used to see this done with LR44s and similar for replacing those oh-so-spendy batteries in dog collars and such.

Just match up the height you want to end up with and the diameter and figure out how many cells it's gonna take to get the rigth voltage.  It's not rocket science.  :-)
