[sdiy] Fast board service?

Any recommendations on a quick turn board company?  Prefer boards with
silk/soldermask.  Its an Apple II expansion card, so its got an odd shape
and has a card edge connection.

I know about Advanced PCB and ExpressPCB, looking to see if theres anything
else out there.  Advanced would be WAY too expensive ( $500 or so ) and I'm
not sure that my board will work in Express' 2day $166 service.
