It looks like the arpeggi8 is a mirror of the meadowfield one.  Somehow I 
missed the Synthwood wheel when I was perusing Synthwood's website.  I 
also found http://www.sintetizadores.com.ar/ who sells replacement panels. 
That leaves, I think, keys and rocker switches as the harder-to-find 
pieces.  An appropriate chassis shouldn't be too hard to find.  Then 
there's the fun part of laying out the circuit boards.  Am I 
missing anything else?  Thanks!
