If General MIDI Level 2 counts as widely adopted:

- Vibrato Rate (cc#76)
- Vibrato Depth (cc#77)
- Vibrato Delay (cc#78)

This also assumes that the LFO is controlling pitch, but I guess 
that's the closest to "standard" you will get.
