[sdiy] MIDI Control # for LFO Speed, etc?

I've had a look on all the lists of MIDI parameters I've got, and I can't find one either. There are various "LFO depth" type parameters available ("Tremolo depth", "chorus depth", "vibrato depth" and stuff) but no rate parameters anywhere.
