Is there any defacto standard for adjusting LFO speed over MIDI? I've seen a few implementations using NRPN's but that doesn't seem very friendly for someone trying to assign that feature to a knob on a control surface. Have any synth manufacturers used a CC value that has been somewhat widely adopted? (If so, I haven't found it yet.) GB
