[sdiy] Perfboard construction pointers

I have often felt the same lack of confidence about working with perfboard
that Sam expresses, so thanks, Sam, for broaching the subject, and thanks to
everyone who has replied. I present some thoughts of my own re stripboard on
my site here:

drawing program first and then print the drawing and tape it to the
non-copper side of the stripboard.

I have also etched and drilled my own PCBs. I've sort of arrived at the
conclusion that if a circuit can be built with a single-sided PCB then it's
probably faster to use stripboard, and if the circuit requires a
double-sided PCB then I'll pay BatchPCB to make it for me. Just my personal
opinions, of course.
