Shipment oversees can be as fast as 3 days, but can take up to 2
months if the Customs do not trust the package, or have a hard time
figuring out how much to tax. If it was sent through a state owned or
former state owned company, like TNT in the Netherlands, the goods
might be in their hands for months without any notice. This can also
happen with USPS.

Fedex and UPS are a lot faster.
