hello bob, hi all,
1st of all I am with you. his behaviour seems idiotic and rediculous.
however, I would have thought that you are the owner of the goods until the postman physically handed them over to the buyer? in the past I thought this to be correct at least for goods you sale.
so I always thought it would be my risk to mail goods not registered, no matter what the buyer paid for packaging and postage.
am I wrong? I tried to google some info on this, but obviously I did not enter the correct terms...
sorry for being this off-topic.
cheers,
matthias
