This is something else...I'll dish it in pieces I guess...divide and conquer
This guy with broken keys on his MS20 etc. files a complaint with paypal
of non-delivery 13 days after I sent the goods. He asked for
'registered mail' and I told him to pick the specific service and pay
for it to England. The cheapest service was 7 dollars for regular mail
I'd noted and that's what he paid for (without further comment. No 'so
that's going to get a signature from me?' I just assumed he'd wised up
and read the rates and figured he could live without it..).
This is the first time anyone has done this and I don't want to have to
close off use of paypal for people ordering parts but since there is no
tracking number paypal will steal the 68.00 from me for him it appears.
How asinine. Paypal can see the amount he paid for shipping. What's
wrong with these people?
If you want to help let this guy know that this is not acceptable
behavior... (13 days?? I mean it's bad enough he files one at all since
he didn't pay insurance/tracking... but 13 days to England..??!) feel
free to do so. He thinks he's some big time producer. Looks to me like
a guy with a facebook account that has sleazy profiles etc. on it so I'm
thinking probably some kid.
and in the next reply...his info
