[sdiy] LCD datasheet required

Thanks Jerry, but I'm ok with the HD44780 part. I've got code that  
I've used successfully with other displays, so I should be able to  
get something out of it.
I can't find any information on the pinout, and I think the dual row  
header might be arranged in 'ribbon cable' format rather than DIP  
format:

Ribbon:
1 - 2
3 - 4
5 - 6
7 - 8
9 - 10

DIP:
1 - 10
2 - 9
3 - 8
4 - 7
5 - 6

Anyway, either way I can't get it to work. The other problem is the  
contrast pin, which I don't know what voltage to give.
