The difficulty is almost entirely in the analog control part: You need to 
make all parameters voltage controlled. You can skimp on envelopes and use 
digital, but then you need better smoothing and higher update rate, so 
that places more demands on the analog design.

The code itself is quite trivial as long as you stick purely to patch 
storage.
