[sdiy] CorelDraw for Frontpanels?

I use CDR for all panel designs.
It is a great program for panels with vector output best for creating
films and other panel making info.
There are no "one click" dial solutions but you can assemble them
from line/text elements
and group together and resize to suit each knob size.
There are Action type recording capabilities to automate functions
but a dial would probably be too complicated for Recording.
Once you get one done it will be easy from there. One thing that is
tricky is the rotate function to rotate radiating lines
around a circle. My advice is to build the knob with center at the
0x, 0y location in the drawing space so the center can be easily assigned.
