Here are quick graphic test for the lab plate application that
has been discussed.

Assi sugest direct coupling wich will mess a bit by using one of 5
connections i tooled about soldering a cable to the metal strip
to reduce cable spaghetti and to look cleaner saving the 5 connection.

Patching will be messy if one does not arrange modules well but its
way cleaner then regular modular system in which enough cables can
strangle you. Its way cheaper to and a resistor can act as a signal
scaler. 

I took the measuers  draw it my cad program.
Its dead cheap (5-7euro) and managable, even usable compared
to most other things.
