What is *YOUR* definition of "dead cheap'...?

What is your budget?  -- either in terms of overall cost, or per  
interconnect.

What size matrix are you looking for?

What is the maximum permissible crosstalk level (in dB)?

What environment will this matrix be used in?

How many times do you estimate making/changing interconnections?
