If you make the VCO and Generator synonymous, let the VCA be a 
transductor etc. etc. you can have great fun with power, but balanced 
signals would naturally be three-phase. Don't forget the spark-gaps and 
knife-edge switches! :) Maybe at last the synth player would be coolest 
in the gig... prof nutty running his lab of mad science! :D
