The patch point are a virtual node so i have only a small current.

The point is mechanical life, even a loss of several ohms dont do much.
if it fails after 200 or 300 times, still a very low figure compared to
the most crappy Chinese 3.5mm teles that will do 5000 times.

Now i tested on a turned socket, about 70 inouts it had wear'ed off the
resistor legs plating  this clogged up the spring, it still worked but
its very stiff to insert and unplug, after 120 it was even worser still
working after 150 leg got stuck, probably the spring that gave in.

Tested on 3 holes on same socket, all gave similar results.

Could be a neat solution.
