When I receive an 'international' bank transfer from inside the EU, I get
hit with a minimum charge of 7.50ukp
If someone transferred me 5ukp, I'd owe the bank money.
There is an EU law that bank transfers between member states should cost no
more than an internal transfer in each state, but UK banks are exempt
because of the different currency.
