[sdiy] Solaris at NAMM

At the risk of sounding jaded, that "upgradeable for years to come" bullet
point is becoming something of a red flag of warning. The Wave is a good
example, but also consider the SoundArt Chameleon, the Peavey DPM-3, and the
Roland VariOS. All were supposed to be "upgradeable for years to come" and
yet none of them panned out that way.
