Hi!

This must have been around 1984 or 1985. There was a chip crises. The 64kbit DRAMs especially were very expensive and also the Z80s were rare and expensive.
One company in Austria even bought the Sinclair ZX81 computers for about 200$ for extracting the Z80 chips as they were easier to get at the same price.
Two years later you coould buy the Z80 for 3$...  Near the end of the crises I was happy to buy 8 pieces of the 64kbit DRAMs for 48$ (for all)...
