[sdiy] dspic 30F and 33F

The dsP33F has:

33F has DMA 30F none
Peripheral pin select - 30F none (this is very handy feature)
2 clock cycles per instruction - 4 on the 30F
Double the MIPs for the same current consumption (approx)
On board 16bit audio DAC on 80x devices (can also 
be used for some control applications)
More data RAM and program space on 33F
33F is generally cheaper but not always
No EEProm on 33F
30F is better documented but 33F is improving with time.

I am sure there are others but that is off the top of my head.
