Yep - Instruction set is identical. Main differences are:

* 33F has no EEPROM
* 33F Flash endurance is rated lower (only 1000 cycles)
* 33F has much lower power dissipation
* 33F runs 40MIPS vs 30MIPS max for 30F
* 33F uses 2 clock cycles per machine cycle, 30F uses 4 (I think)
* 33F has peripherals not available on 30F
   - Audio DAC
   - Pin Mux for peripheral I/O routing
   - PMP parallel port
   - others?
* 33F has more complex memory protection mechanisms

Those are the main ones I'm aware of.
