[sdiy] Bias osc problem

Yeah, that was my first thought.  It measures 2+2 ohm primary
and 2+40 ohm secondary, which I initially thought was low but on
checking the net I saw mention of similar low values for other
bias osc transformers.  Can't be sure though as I don't know what
the correct values would be.

One thing is sure though; if the transformer is gone, it will be pretty
hard to replace...

This is a Vorg (Pearl) 8-track echo, by the way.
