Hi ,
Nice idea Kyle !
I suggest the use of some low speed Revox B77/PR99 . Rich guys will replace
Revox by Studer A8xx ;)
- they have a vary speed integrated , almost nothing to do to adaprt a CV
control of the speed !
- they have usualy 2 or 3 speed switchables on the front panel who are
mulltiples ...
- you can do tape superb tape echos/delays if you re-inject output into the
inputs while in recording mode
-Channels can be switched On/Off and controled independantly ..
- It is easy to do tapes loops instead to use the full reel ( Fripptronics
like..)
- you will need a lot of space in your studio and many be a body-builded roady
to install everything on the desk and avoid to break your back !
