I don't think so. The datasheet for the 28-pin 33FJ128GP802 clearly
says:
"The Output Compare module can select either Timer2
or Timer3 for its time base."
That's a cunning Microchip way of saying "not Timer 1, 4 or 5".

The 28-pin DIP package is great, but the limited number of pins often
means that you're left having to choose between one feature or
another. There simply aren't enough pins available to use even half
of them.
