Well, certain ways of designing can bring colours that people want. Some 
of those may have been slapped together quick and dirty or result of 
other mishaps. One good reason is attempting to save money, that way it 
needs to be some working compromise. The imagination it triggers... can 
produce interesting sideffects... :)
