Not really, just to say that there is more homework to be done, even if
the biggest lines of corrections have been modeled.

Ah.

It is a model, but it made more sense than anything else of that time,
so it gained support. With its help a whole number of things could be
predicted in a fairly comprehensive mannor. There where deviations
thought, which led to new refined models. Fine-structure splitting,
hyperfine structure splitting etc.

The Bohrian planetary model is there because we could not come up with a
better model, but the math it produced matched what the experimentalists
was saying.

If you can come up with a complete model of everything, accuratly
predice all values etc. then basic research would end up in only having
to produce accurate numbers for the constants rather than measure all
deviations... and of course attempting to punch hole in the theory. We
are not there yeat.

We are quite a few years away from that point. We still haven't got
warp-drive for instance. We don't have a ship lost in the fourth
quadrant just yeat and we sure does not use worm-holes to travel between
stars and galaxies.

Cheers,
Magnus
